To address the multiple large-scale challenges we face we are going to require more collaboration and participation from a wider range of people. We will need to challenge narrow views of what leadership looks like, and make room for others to lead.
To me, at its heart, Community Voices is about supporting the movement of policymaking in this direction. We collect stories, we put a spotlight on great leaders and use our collective power to get them involved in conversations that matter.

To destress, I like to read, watch films, play video games, work out, and cook. The latter is probably my favourite. I really enjoy improving my craft and learning new things. I am currently into making fermented foods, and have created products like miso by combining Nigerian ingredients with Japanese techniques.
